There are number of Software's to Edit and create Your Own Picture With Filters, Effects, magic Pro, Neat Image, Oil Effect. These Effects Manipulate Your Picture to new Master Picture, Master Picture is Nothing But Fully Loaded With Essential Effects Called "Master Picture". The Software's Which we uses To Develop or Edit a Picture, That Software Can Covert The Normal Picture to High end Visual Effects Picture. There are number of software''s available in market, some are uses for commercial and noncommercial(Freeware), and some are shareware software's. you can download from the stores or in official sites. if you use additional plugins and filters for those software's that is much better and it looks  and gives good quality production. So many People were Troubling With Editing, They Don't Know How to Morphing An Image. So, Today I am Going to Show you How to Edit Image Using Adobe Photoshop, I have Chosen Adobe Photoshop to show.

Download "Adobe Photoshop CS 6"

Lunch it, Go to File tab, And Click on Open then, Browser your Image to Edit
While Installing You Need to Activate Adobe Photoshop CS 6  Mandatory. Its Look Like Very Hard To Active Abode Photoshop CS 6, You Are Wrong, Its Pretty Easy. Ask me i will Provide to you how to Activate Adobe Photoshop CS 6.

Open Your Image, I will Tell you in Simple and fast Steps just In 3 minutes you will complete it.

Curves
Press Ctrl+ M  : To Increase Master White In your Picture. Just Drag that Line to up and click "Ok".

Levels
Press Ctrl+ L   : To Increase Original White and Black Color In your Image. Adjust Them By Dragging left to right. there are two Snippets to drag, one is for white and other one is Black. Adjust it Yourself Then, Click "Ok".

Hue/Saturation
Press Ctrl+ U    : To Increase Master color Levels In your Photo. The Middle Seeker is Saturation. Adjust it, or Type value of it. I know My Best Value is "+35" is more. Click on "Ok".

Filters
Go to Filter And Find out Oil Paint, Open it  and Change the Value of Angular Direction and shine in in Lighting Field to "0" both Values Should be "0", Then Remaining all values In Brush Field should Be in "10" Then Click "Ok"

Seclective Color
Increase Black color in Image to look some more Attraction, go to Image Tab, in Menu. Then go to Adjustments > Selective color. open it and Change to Black in options. and Increase Black "+8".
then, Click on "Ok". Save Your Image.

    1. Yes,...Don't Use Blender for Oil paint, You Can Download Latest plugins For Oil paint.. or Reinstall Your PS CS 6 ...then You Can See There, Oil paint Option in Filters..
